01Skilled Nursing

02Physical & Occupational Therapy
Therapists evaluate, develop and provide a plan of care for enhanced creative self-care and daily living activities, and adaptation to the living environment. Services include prosthetic training and TENS instruction, monitoring and management.
03Speech & Language Pathology
Therapists provide rehabilitation services for speech and language disorders, including Esophageal and Tracheal-Esophageal speech instruction.
04Medical Social Work
Medical Social Workers help patients and caregivers navigate social and emotional difficulties that may result from illness, and connect them with community services including meal delivery, finance, transportation and other services.
05Home Health Aides
State Certified Nurse Assistants support personal care and hygiene, grooming and activities of daily living.
06Tele-Health
Reliable telemonitoring technology allows skilled nursing staff to monitor clinical data that indicates a patient's condition while they are at home.
